what is the different between Personality and Attidute?

In my Opinion:

Personality is like what character you are. Personality is always being with you since you born, so maybe is hard to change for you if you think that one of your personalities is very bad and people will probably dislike it. And is also like the way how you express yourself.

Attitudes are something you used to do it or don’t like to do it and quite often. And also can say someone influenced you to do that or something effected you since you young. Therefore they make you repeat them often. And so they become your habits already. And actually your attitudes can slowly change if you try hard, because some of your attitudes maybe are very bad or people will probably hate it.

Words of Encouragement

1. Don’t always think of failure and say ' you can’t', try to ask and know they’re feedback. If you don’t ask, how you know they will not accept your need or respond to you. Do not determine the future from yourself, try to get the answer as you can, or else you won’t know the answer forever.
*And remember one thing, "ASK" is always free on charge, without losing any benefit from yourself, but if you don't ask, you will definitely lose your benefit instead of open your mouth to ask.*

2. Don’t think you are doing not well for your work, as long as you learn something during your working time. Throughout the failure you can learn from your mistake.

3. Be confidence what you are doing, then only people will trust you and get interested to listen what you are saying. To build your confidence, learn from your presentation and talk more in public and ask more questions.

4. Always ask something which you don’t understand or not clear about that. Always ask about the question forms like why, what, who, when, how. Then only you will know why and what you are doing this and that.

5. For college students, when doing your project and your assignment, try to treat it as a work or your job, because you are just like taking the salary from your boss, so you should do better than that to let your boss satisfied.

6. Try to teach and share something you know to your friend, and then only you can update yourself and probably you can gain some extra knowledge from your friend or maybe some ideas are inspiring from your friend during the sharing.During your sharing, maybe you will think of something you never thought before and you will think back and refer again, and that is the way for you to know more extra things. Moreover, while you are teaching or sharing something to your friends, you also can increase your expression and presentation skill. Because normally people will ask you a lot of different questions, and of course you will need to try to explain as clearly as possible to them. That is why it can build your skill too. And also during asking, they will also ask you some questions that you never thought before, and then you will think about the question and further more you will probably do more research on that to get more understand for that particular question.

7. Try to respect people and then only they will respect you back. Don’t always wait for someone to help you, be voluntary and try to care and good for them automatically.

8. The communication is also a very Important thing. Try to build a good relationship with each others like your friends, parent, and your senior and elderly people that teach you and guide you along.

9. Focus Something which you have much passion to do it, so that you won't give up easily.

10. Last but not least, always be happy what you are doing.

Wah! So cool! Till at night, we went out to see the competition of the car turbo fire . Oh man, there are few cars there, but all are our national car.

HAppy Days (Kiwanis Camp)

Haiz....What I have done for this month ah? A lot of things lei...quite busy lo... one of the thing is I have spent for few days been to the camp called Kiwanis in Johor. It is a far far journey, took us around 5 hours something to reach there lei... very tired. Why is it very tired? Not because of the journey far away. In this camp I have been choosing to be a facilitator. So that I have to be more participant and share more idea to all my group members, everything I have to always go first, only they will follow. I think that will be a big challenge to me. But everything is fine, all my group members are very clever, so I no need to worry about that so much.

Anyway, that is not a main point for that. In this camp I also very enjoy. I know a lot of friends there. One of the thing that I want to tell you is that we have been to the Fire Fly Boat Trip. And in the boat trip of course we seen a lot of fire fly, but the thing is we can't take the photo for that. very disappointed la... But suddenly the impossible thing happened to me. Normally for those people in the boat can't really catch the fire fly, but suddenly there was a fire fly flied on top of my head, and finally we caught it and saw it clearly.

Moreover, the next day was a very enjoy and excited part for me. We all have a campfire party and the skit performance. The most enjoy was the dancing and singing part. I really like it. Hope for those people who I know for this camp will enjoy it too.

My Work - Stock motion (movie)

I was thinking whether I want to post it to my blog. But is ok la... Just let you all have a look for my work and also can give me some comments.

As you can see the second want, I only use the simple line and shape to create a small movie and add some sound effect ( scary) . About this movie, I make the Small TV slowly came out with a ghost. When a dog walk through the TV, The dog pretend can't see the ghost and start to piss to the ghost's head. The ghost think that no one can see her, but the dog actually can see the ghost anywhere in the real life.

So before I did the second want, Of course I have done for tasting first. So the first want is my extra work for tasting want. A very simple movement and only add some music.

anyway, hope you all enjoy it.

Term Break

Haiz.....Finally we can take a break and stop busy for our assignment and project. Because our school has started holiday again. This is a long term break. I started to think what I'm going to do for my such a long holiday. Work? Actually I think before. But only one month, what to do? I started to lose for my target, don't know what to do for next.
Looking for other side, I was also worry again my result. Same feeling for that day. I was scared same of the subjects will fail.
Anyway, In this holiday, actually I can do a lot of things. I started to plan and prepare well for my English and Japanese language, and take for my exam. Because I still left one paper, then I have my diploma already. But I feel lazy to go further, because I still need sameone to encourage and push me, then I only have the confidence and the mood to go further more.
Beside this, I can have more time to P.P (prepare and practice) for my guitar, drum and piano. To master them well.
Ok la... Now I want to start to plan for my holiday schedule already. Not only play for whole life, but still need to concern about my future. Do extra for my art and master my other abilities.

Met Twins

A small event from that time, I was taken photo with a group of Hong Kong artist called Twins.

I was a bit disappointed in that photo, because I was standing behind of them and it can't see me very clear. But that is fine, I hope I still can take phto with others artist too.
