I was doing a redesign work for my commercial website which my client is Lee Kum Kee. Now for finally I was mostly completed my web2 project.

Project Definition

About The Web Design Project:
About this project, I need to redesign one the commercial website for Lee Kum Kee Company which the site is www.home.lkk.com. This is actually the Chinese Oyster Sauce product site. About this product, it is one the seasoning for food. It Is the Chinese Traditional Company that selling the products of Chinese food. Some recipes and the ingredients of the Lee Kum Kee food products are sharing around and the food service will be providing to everyone. The purpose we design this is to attract more people to know more advantages for this company.

About The Lee Kum Kee Product:
Lee Kum Kee is a food company which specialized in manufacturing oyster sauce and a wide range of authentic Chinese and Asian sauces founded by Mr. Lee Kum Sheung in 1888 in Nanshui, a small town in Guangdong. Its primary brand, Lee Kum Kee is well known throughout China and the Overseas Chinese community.

Current Site's Analysis Goals

Improvement:
Instead of all texts, try to have more pictures for them to look at. For all users especially those house wives maybe they are quite busy, so for the navigation bar, we have to make it more convenient for them as possible, so that they won't lost what they want to look at.

Always update the newest food, recipes, cooking method to them. Purpose for users they are actually not only looking for the products, but is a new way of cooking method. To show the user how good for the dishes, we have to show more examples to them.

If possible, we can also have more events and activities to them which is relating the food of cooking.

Maybe they can have some different provide areas suit for different users' requirement like downloading some pictures, calender, recipe books, newsletter and cooking sharing movie.

For others area, there can have one of the functionality for all cooking fans who can share their cooking method, ingredient and some recipes to each others.


Target Audience

For people who like to cook and find the new way of cooking method especially those house wife. Their ambition is more on cook. So we have to show more prove to them by using the Lee Kum Kee product is actually can cook such a nice and delicious food and show the population of the product using like showing them some awards when using the product to participate and some of the restaurants are using the Lee Kum Kee product for their main food also.


Client's Analysis

Background Informations:
Kum Sheung Lee started production of oyster flavoured sauce and founded the company Lee Kum KeeTM in 1888. His family business continued to grow for years, but in 1902, the oyster flavoured sauce factory was destroyed by a fire. In response to this misfortune, he moved to nearby Macau and continued the oyster flavoured sauce business. He eventually moved the headquarters to the more prosperous city of Hong Kong with his sons, Shiu Dang and Shiu Nan, in 1946.

Business Site Goals

Short- term Site Goals:
To actually attract those user to look for the product, first we have to make some nice dishes' photos which is to let user see more and make them get attention for it. And so they will attract by those delicious food, so they will start to look further more and find the way of how to cook it. Then that is the time we start to promote and introduce the Lee Kum Kum product to them.

For those newest, they probably may not know the product for the suitable way of cooking. So in order to make them to get interested, we have to show them some of the cooking methods and some skills and also show them all the different dishes to suit for which kind of product.

For the old users, they already know the product, but they probably may not know the good way of cooking by using the Lee Kum Kee product. So that we have to provide some of the recipes to them for how to cook some nice and delicious food.

But maybe not long after, they will get bored of eating the some kind of food and same methods of cooking, and probably they will lose interested for it and decide to choose for other brand of the product. So in order to attract people and get people to have more attention and more interested to look further more, so if possible we have to always update the newest way of cooking methods and newest recipes to them.


Long- term Site Goals:
For long-term site goals, we can have some events and activities to those Lee Kum Kee members.

Maybe we can held some cooking competition event by using the Lee Kum Kee product. Through this outdoor event, we also can have people who pass by the event and maybe some foreigners they never try the product before, so that is the time to let them have a chance try this product.

Maybe we can have a part of the glasses collection activity which combining all the Lee Kum Kee empty glasses. For people who participate and collect until the particular amount, maybe we can have some awards for them. Through this activity, in addition to let people to buy the products, further more we can also encourage people to do some recycle works.

Music Mood Expression

How I actually expression my feel and mood without saying anything when I listened to the music. I take out a brush and some papers, while I was listening to the music I started to draw and paint it on the paper. When I listened to it, I feel very relax. Most of them are very Chinese and very Japanese, even don't how to say it. Only the music sound, very nice and soft. Below the three pictures to show that how I actually expressed my feel with some colors while I was listening to the music. 

This are the first piece to show that actually the music are very opera sound. But when I listen to it, The sound suddenly loud and suddenly soft. Just like what I feel when a  person normally very quiet, but suddenly he speak out his voice and start to be talkative among all the people there. 

This is the second piece to show how much I actually expressed the mood and feel for that music. Is actually a very joyful music. Just like when you in the waterfall and  play the water with your friends. So I choose to splash out the color and the happiness.

This is the third piece. Sound like a glory of the King of God. To show the King is irradiate and command for all his below commanders in the middle of all of them. Just like the Sun is irradiating the world. We need it and that is very important for all of us.

what is the different between Personality and Attidute?

In my Opinion:

Personality is like what character you are. Personality is always being with you since you born, so maybe is hard to change for you if you think that one of your personalities is very bad and people will probably dislike it. And is also like the way how you express yourself.

Attitudes are something you used to do it or don’t like to do it and quite often. And also can say someone influenced you to do that or something effected you since you young. Therefore they make you repeat them often. And so they become your habits already. And actually your attitudes can slowly change if you try hard, because some of your attitudes maybe are very bad or people will probably hate it.

Words of Encouragement

1. Don’t always think of failure and say ' you can’t', try to ask and know they’re feedback. If you don’t ask, how you know they will not accept your need or respond to you. Do not determine the future from yourself, try to get the answer as you can, or else you won’t know the answer forever.
*And remember one thing, "ASK" is always free on charge, without losing any benefit from yourself, but if you don't ask, you will definitely lose your benefit instead of open your mouth to ask.*

2. Don’t think you are doing not well for your work, as long as you learn something during your working time. Throughout the failure you can learn from your mistake.

3. Be confidence what you are doing, then only people will trust you and get interested to listen what you are saying. To build your confidence, learn from your presentation and talk more in public and ask more questions.

4. Always ask something which you don’t understand or not clear about that. Always ask about the question forms like why, what, who, when, how. Then only you will know why and what you are doing this and that.

5. For college students, when doing your project and your assignment, try to treat it as a work or your job, because you are just like taking the salary from your boss, so you should do better than that to let your boss satisfied.

6. Try to teach and share something you know to your friend, and then only you can update yourself and probably you can gain some extra knowledge from your friend or maybe some ideas are inspiring from your friend during the sharing.During your sharing, maybe you will think of something you never thought before and you will think back and refer again, and that is the way for you to know more extra things. Moreover, while you are teaching or sharing something to your friends, you also can increase your expression and presentation skill. Because normally people will ask you a lot of different questions, and of course you will need to try to explain as clearly as possible to them. That is why it can build your skill too. And also during asking, they will also ask you some questions that you never thought before, and then you will think about the question and further more you will probably do more research on that to get more understand for that particular question.

7. Try to respect people and then only they will respect you back. Don’t always wait for someone to help you, be voluntary and try to care and good for them automatically.

8. The communication is also a very Important thing. Try to build a good relationship with each others like your friends, parent, and your senior and elderly people that teach you and guide you along.

9. Focus Something which you have much passion to do it, so that you won't give up easily.

10. Last but not least, always be happy what you are doing.
